Sarah Bright is a certified ACE Personal Trainer and a dancer, driven by a commitment to building strength and confidence through movement. She excels in various areas of fitness, specializing in strength training, balance, flexibility, weight training, and crafting tailored regimens for clients with specific limitations. Sarah's experience extends across diverse age groups, and lies in assisting individuals in realizing their goals for a healthier lifestyle.
Sarah's background includes various small group strength training sessions, spanning groups such as teen tennis, swim teams, and teen fitness. She also extends her expertise to support participants in Special Olympics tournaments and working with individuals with special needs.
Sarah's devotion to dance, an enduring lifelong passion, has led her to instruct a wide range of dance styles including Salsa, Bachata, Tango, Scottish and Irish dance. Additionally, she holds a certification as a yoga instructor.
